Hello, I am very nervous writing this but also really appreciate you taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I am trans nonbinary, I am doing my best to make myself comfortable in my body. To do this I am getting top surgery.

My surgery date is in February 2022.

I am so nervous and so excited at the same time. After this surgery I won't be able to move my arms for a while but hopefully a few weeks later I will be able to celebrate a body that gives me joy instead of discomfort. I won't have to wear a binder anymore which has caused my ribs and back to ache constantly.

I do not really like asking for money of people and I'm not out to everyone which is why I have to make this anonymous, but I have thoroughly researched the surgeon, the hospital and the surgery itself I know this is the right choice for me.

The cost will be around £7000 .

Here is how it breaks down:

Surgery £6000

Hospital fees £200

Travel £300

Food and accommodation £500

That is a lot of money and it is hard for me to ask for, but here I am asking you kind strangers to help me achieve something that I have been working towards for years.

If I do not reach my goal I will use any money that I have raised towards the surgery. If I raise any extra it be going straight to a worthy charity.
