Since David's passing on the 8th of June this year, I have encountered unexpected financial hardship and have an URGENT NEED for
help this week and next week.
David and I were married for 33 years. And despite the fact that he had been in hospital for 7 months before his death, his passing still
came as a significant shock. He was meant to go to a nursing home then come home to me every second weekend. His health 3 weeks
before he died was showing positive signs of recovery. However the hospital changed his treatment path and within 3 weeks of that
decision, his health deteriorated rapidly and he died.
The money I so desperately need will go towards subsidising the Funeral Wake, Outstanding Carer Costs for David at the hospital and for me and sustaining me until I get approval from the NDIS to cover future Carer costs.
Without your help I cannot move forward with the funeral. David was NOT supposed to die which is why I instigated an autopsy thus the delay with the funeral. He deserves a dignified and special send off, and your donations will enable me to both send him off beautifully
but also assist me until I get the help I need from the Government to move forward.
