Help Heidi's recovery from recent dog attack

Hello, on May 22nd, 2025 my partner Heidi was attacked by a neighbors dog which bit and tore off a significant portion of her nose. Her skin and cartilage were not recovered, she will have to have her nose reconstructed from skin and cartilage taken from other areas within her body.

At this time it will take over 12 months and 4 surgeries to have Heidi's nose reconstructed and back to normal.

Heidi has been a pillar in the community, for over 24 years she's been a vendor and part of the Wolfville Farmer's Market community selling her renowned cinnamon buns, breakfast foods and hand made jewelry.

The summer months is the time where Heidi would be working her hardest, attending the Wolfville Farmer's Market and cooking for various weddings/events.

We still have two children living at home, Willow aged 10 and Koda who will be 3 in June.

This fundraiser is to help Heidi & family with expenses related to supplementing the loss of her income during this difficult time for the short term as well as the time it will take for her to recover from the various surgeries she will need to receive.
