Help Heidi Beat Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Heidi is a badass. Beloved by anyone who meets her. So, let’s get that shit out of the way first. Recently Heidi was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer, and if you know anything about the stages - she’s in the thick of it, and is quite literally fighting for her life. Cliche? Sure. The truth? You bet your ass.

Hey! Speaking of stages, Heidi knows all about those. As a Journeymen in IATSE 122, Heidi has worked on just about every professional stage in San Diego County. She’s been a key leader of the audio departments at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, The UCSD Amphitheater, and The Old Globe to name just a few. She’s a loyal and trusted Union worker, but more than that Heidi is a loyal and trusted friend. She always has her friends and family close to heart and top of mind, and she is the first one there when anyone needs help.

So, it’s time we help her. Cancer sucks. Hard. In a variety of ways. One of those ways is financially. Since Heidi has begun treatment she has been unable to work and bills are piling up. Being sick in America is expensive, and the last thing we want for Heidi is more worry on her plate. Cause that plate is pretty damn full at the moment.
