However, Hector now faces a critical challenge. He has been diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation, a condition that requires urgent surgery and possibly a pacemaker to stabilize his heart. The medical expenses are overwhelming, and Hector's ability to continue his work has been severely impacted.
