Help Heather's Family Keep Moving

Hi, my name is Heather and I have a beautiful family of 7. I have 5 amazing boys, all of whom have significant challenges. Every day we have at least one appointment, sometimes multiple appointments, at different times and places throughout the city to ensure that they get the extensive medical and mental health care that they need. In order for us to accomplish this we absolutely have to have 2 working vehicles. We have had one car that we have been limping along month after month, often having it in the shop at least a few days per month. This car is putting us completely into debt as we've made repair after repair on it, while still owing $12,000, and making our car payment each month and often struggling to pay our other bills and feed the kids with all of the extra car repairs. Today the car again had the check engine light (blinking) come on. At this point we literally have no money to make repairs, let alone the money to pay off the car and get a new one that will allow us to get from point A to point B. I am not a person to usually ask for money, but right now we absolutely need to repair the car (at a minimum) and, preferably replace this car that is taking the food off my kids' plates. If you have an extra bit of money, I am begging for some assistance. I apologize for asking, but I need to make sure my kids can get to their appointments. Thank you.
