Help Heather regain her Freedom!

Hello everyone! I'm fundraising for the money needed to get my friend Heather a much needed mobility scooter.  I met Heather 4 years ago when our daughters were in the same kindergarten class.  By this point Heather had already been struggling with Multiple Sclerosis for a number of years, and was unable to work but still able to drive and get around using a walker.   Since then I have seen her mobility take a definite decline, and after a series of falls in 2019 she was left housebound- well before Covid made the rest of us stay home.  Her balance is now so poor that it is unwise for her to walk any distance more than a few feet, even with a walker.  She can no longer go to her daughter's school, go on a date with her wonderful hardworking husband, or any other activity that you and I don't think twice about.  With only one income and a disability check there is no way to afford the cost of a scooter and the equipment needed to carry it on a vehicle. Heather is such a sweet soul, never prone to complaining or to thinking she is owed something due to her MS.  I would love to give her the freedom to again go out with her family, to see her girl ride her bike down the trail, and so many other simple outings we take for granted.  Help me raise the funds for a mobility scooter for Heather and see the difference it makes to her and her family
