Update:
It is with a heavy heart and very surreal feelings that I let you know that Heather passed away on Friday, March 25th.
It doesn’t seem real and yet the pain is already so real. There has been a shift from a need to help support the family through recovery to now something so much more unknown. Dying is expensive and that is just the start of this new and unexpected journey for her family. She leaves behind her spouse, Eric Kine and their two amazing daughters, Camille (3yrs) and Sophia (15 mos).
Thank you for all your love, it has been felt.

Have you met Heather?
On March 20th, Heather went to the hospital and discovered a very large mass on her brain. All of this has happened incredibly fast, and there are still many unknowns. We know that surgery is currently planned for next week, and then there will be a recovery period after. This means she and Eric will be out of work for an unknown amount of time to focus on her healing.
A little more about Heather--she is an amazing human who happens to be my best friend. Heather and her spouse Eric Kine, are parents to two sweet young girls that keep them busy and are their entire world. She loves her family fiercely and would do anything for her loved ones. Heather is one of the most creative people I know, always ready to DIY a project or develop a creative solution to a problem. She has this beautiful way of caring for the people around her. She is thoughtful, determined, silly and always fun to be around.
A common question is, "how can I help?" At this time, what the family needs most is financial assistance to help with bills so they can focus on caring for Heather. These funds will help with rent, utilities, food, caring for the girls and many other things that will come along the way during the next couple of months.
With the seriousness of the situation, the family asks for privacy so they can focus on Heather and caring for the girls. Thank you for all your love and support.
