I’m Heather, and I’m creating this fundraiser for myself because I’m facing a setback that I can’t handle alone. I live with disability and mental health challenges, and right now my job has only been giving me about 10 to 15 hours a week. Those hours barely cover my car payment, and after that I’m left struggling to afford food and other basic needs. Now my car needs repairs and an expensive part, and without it I risk losing the transportation I rely on to keep working and taking care of myself. This car is directly tied to my stability, and getting it back on the road would help me keep moving forward instead of falling even further behind.

I’m asking for help with my car repair and loan so I can get my car back, continue working, and keep building toward a more stable future. These financial pressures are ongoing, not just a one-time emergency, because reduced work hours keep making it hard to stay caught up on transportation and basic living expenses over time. Predictable support through recurring donations would help me keep up with my car-related costs and daily needs while I continue working on improving my situation through therapy, support from my life coach, and my wait for vocational rehab. If recurring support isn’t possible, one-time donations would still mean so much and help more than I can say. I’m sorry to ask for help, but I’ve done everything I can and I keep getting hit with unforeseen setbacks while struggling to make enough money.
