This morning, my dear friend Heather experienced an unimaginable loss, the passing of her sister Angie. In addition to the heartbreak and grief she’s facing, Heather now bears the heavy responsibility of covering her sister’s cremation, funeral services, and the living expenses they once shared.

Heather is one of those rare souls who gives her all to everyone around her. What started as a co-worker relationship quickly grew into a true friendship, and I’ve been lucky to see firsthand her kindness, strength, and heart. She has always shown up for others and now, it’s our turn to show up for her.

Heather and Angie lived together in Lewisville, and this unexpected loss has created both emotional and financial strain.
