Our hearts are heavy as we ask for your help, your prayers, and your support during a time that no family should ever have to face.
Heather and her family were simply coming home from a family getaway—time spent together, making memories—when in an instant, everything changed. Their lives were turned upside down in a devastating head-on collision.
All five family members were rushed to the hospital, where they remain fighting to heal. Four have already undergone surgery, and one beloved family member is currently in critical condition.
Jordynn—known and loved by so many from her time playing softball in Lady Lake and Leesburg—and Heather—a dedicated coach in the Leesburg community—are part of a family that has poured so much into others. They have shown up, given back, and supported those around them time and time again… and now, they need us. They are a valuable part of our FUEL Softball family—always and forever FUEL.
The road ahead will be long and incredibly difficult.
There will be months of recovery, multiple surgeries, rehabilitation, and time away from work. The financial burden will be overwhelming—not only for Heather and her family, but for the loved ones stepping in to help care for them during this unimaginable time.
This is where we come together.
We are asking, from the bottom of our hearts, for anything you can give—whether that is a donation, sharing this page, or lifting this family up in constant prayer. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, will help carry them through the days ahead.
If you’re unable to donate, please help us spread the word. The power of community is real, and right now, they need all of us.
Please keep Heather, Jordynn, and their entire family in your thoughts and prayers as they fight through the hardest battle of their lives.
Thank you for standing with them.
if any questions, please reach out to Pam Ritter, or myself Robin McDaniel as they request space to navigate this difficult time.
