My name is Heather. I am disabled and lost my service animal, my best friend, in November 2024. I have PTSD and panic attacks, and my dog helped alert me to anxiety and comforted me. I feel depressed and anxious without him.

I am fundraising to purchase a new dachshund puppy that I can train to help with my PTSD as an Emotional Support Animal. I am on a fixed income that does not allow me to have extra money for the purchase. I also need funds for travel expenses and a hotel to get the puppy from another state. The rest of the money will be used for vet checks, vaccines, microchip, and spaying at the appropriate age.
