My name is Heather, and I am reaching out for help during a difficult time in my life. Due to a combination of serious health issues, I am unable to work and have been struggling both mentally and physically. Some days, my health keeps me in bed all day, and I no longer function like I used to. I have applied for disability and VA benefits, but I am currently in the waiting period and have no income to rely on.

Recently, I discovered a large bolt in one of my car tires, and all of my tires have very little tread left. Because of the damage, I can't simply get a plug for the tire—I need to replace all of them to keep my car safe and reliable. My car is my lifeline, helping me get to and from my many doctor appointments. Without it, I would lose my independence and access to the care I need.
