Heather has always been the heart of our family—outgoing, loving, and always putting others first. A year ago, she was diagnosed with stage 4 colon and liver cancer. Despite a 40% survival rate over five years, her journey has been incredibly tough. She’s undergone several surgeries and bravely faced seven different chemo and immunotherapy drugs, but the tumor remains stubborn. Doctors are hesitant to operate further due to the risk of complications, and it feels like we’re running out of options.
Now, we’re preparing to travel back to Houston to MD Anderson, hoping for a new treatment plan that could give her another chance. We refuse to believe this is the end of her fight. Every day, we hold onto hope that there’s still something out there that can help her. The costs of travel, treatment, and living expenses are overwhelming, but we’re determined to do everything we can to support her.
If you can donate, no matter the amount, it means the world to us. And if you can’t, your prayers and positive thoughts are just as valuable. Heather has given so much love to everyone around her, and now we’re asking for a little help in return. Thank you for supporting her on this journey and for believing in her strength and hope.
