Help Single Mom of 2 Restart After Wildfires Destroyed Home

Hi, my name is Ashley Wisdom, and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my best friend, Heather Andrews. Heather is a single mom to two incredible young daughters, Mila (5) and Luna (2). On January 7, 2025, the Pacific Palisades wildfire tore through their neighborhood, destroying their home and leaving them with nothing.

Heather’s home wasn’t just a house—it was her sanctuary, filled with love, memories, and the life she had built for her daughters. Now, Mila and Luna have lost not only their home but also the community spaces that gave them joy and stability. Mila’s elementary school, Marquez Elementary, was completely destroyed. She also lost her gymnastics facility, New Vibe, and her swimming lessons at West Side Aquatics at Pali High.

Despite this unimaginable loss, Heather is doing everything she can to stay strong for her girls, but she needs our help.

How the Funds Will Be Used

Every donation will go directly toward helping Heather, Mila, and Luna rebuild their lives and regain stability. The funds will be used for:

• Temporary housing to provide a safe and stable place for Heather and her daughters.

• Clothing, toys, and daily necessities for Mila and Luna, who lost everything they owned.

• School supplies and activities to restore a sense of normalcy for Mila, helping her continue her education and enjoy her favorite activities.

• Furniture and household essentials to help Heather create a loving new home for her family.

Mila and Luna are two of the brightest, sweetest little girls, and Heather is the most loving and selfless mother. She has always been there for others, and now it’s our turn to help her.
