Help Heath Patterson-Liver Treatment Costs

Dear Friends and Family,

I am creating this Go Fund Me for my brother, Heath Patterson. Heath is a kind, caring and giving soul. For the past several years, Heath is suffering from non-alcoholic cirrhosis and needs a liver transplant before he gets worse. Heath has suffered many setbacks including Covid and now a rare infection in his eye. He faces eye surgery and many trips to Syracuse and Philadelphia to treat this infection as well as trips to Rochester to treat his liver disease.

Heath is a loving husband, father, son, uncle, brother, and friend. He is a volunteer firefighter and continues to volunteers even through his illness. It has been so long since he was able to enjoy his life and this has been devastating to watch. He has spent several weeks in the hospital within the last few years because of the stress on his body. We are hoping that this transplant surgery will help restore his quality of life.

Heath’s pride keeps him from requesting any help so I will. He spent a majority of his life helping others and now it is time that he receives help himself as well. I am hoping to raise funds to help defray any expenses related to the surgery and recovery process.
