Hope for Heath
Donation protected
In early March Heath Rogers was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), which is rare cancer that starts in the Bone Marrow and quickly moves into the blood. Due to the type of cancer, Heath has begun Chemotherapy already and is on a 24/7 IV drip for 7 days which will require that he stays in the hospital during this process.
His diagnosis came as a complete shock, while we are hopeful for recovery and remission; there will be many treatments and a long road ahead. He has a great team of doctors and nurses working to create a treatment plan. If you know Heath, you know he is a fighter, but the burden of this disease is enough of a battle let alone the financial hardship that comes with it.
Heath resides in Syracuse with his wife Stacie, they have four children & two grandkids: Skylee King (her husband Kaden and their two children Berklee & Koa), Ty, Brooklyn & Brynlee.
After serving the community of Syracuse City for the past 26 years in his career in law enforcement, he will be in need of help. The community, family and friends are rallying together to help remove any additional burdens to help Heath through this difficult trial.
All donations will be given to Heath to assist with medical expenses that may be needed in the months ahead.
The Rogers family is extremely grateful for the outpouring of love, support, and most of all prayers on their behalf.
We invite you to share Heath’s story. Let us unite to help Heath beat his cancer TOGETHER because no one should ever have to fight alone.
If you would rather donate through direct bank transfer, please send it to America First Credit Union account #9126319 (savings account, last name Rogers).
