Help Us Heal Tupey's Broken Leg

Our sweet girl badly fractured her leg Thursday night from a fall while running down our porch steps. We rushed her to a local emergency hospital who then sent us to a second hospital with an orthopedic surgeon on staff. She stayed there for two days and underwent a surgery that fused her bones back in place with a plate implant.
We are so grateful the surgery went well and we can now focus on her recovery, which will take 2-3 months. In the meantime, she's on many medications, in a plastic cone, cannot go up any steps, on any furniture, or have any sort of activity for a very long time. If you know Tupe, you know how active and sassy she is! It will not be easy.
The medical bills from two hospitals in the past few days have been even more expensive than we anticipated, with follow-ups, stitch removal and x-rays scheduled in the future as well.
Financially, this is way beyond our means at the moment, but Tupey is the absolute shining light in our life and we will do whatever it takes to get her back to her goofy self! Assistance in any amount would be enormously appreciated by our little family to help offset these bills and pamper the princess while she heals.
It's hard to express how much it means to us to have such a loving community around our Tupey girl who wish her well. It has truly been a big help getting through these early days of recovery. We love you all, and from the bottom of our hearts, say THANK YOU so much for your support right now! <3
