Help Heal Severe ATV Accident Injuries

Two weeks ago, while in Arizona on a surprise trip to see my best friend, I was involved in a serious accident. I was catapulted out of an ATV and landed face-first in a concrete ravine. I’ve suffered multiple brain bleeds, contusions, obviously a massive concussion causing lots of swelling/fluid buildup which has also gotten infected. A broken nose, a few broken fingers, torn ligaments, lung contusions. But the most frustrating and excruciatingly painful injury has been the whiplash, which was so severe that the network of nerves in my neck and arms have been badly damaged, and it’s looking like the journey to regaining complete mobility in the top half of my body will be a long one.

I’m thankful I am not dead or paralyzed and I am resting in my own bed now, but it looks like my insurance is not going to cover a majority of the expenses associated with my recovery. I hate to ask for help as I am typically the type to figure things out on my own, but the bills are overwhelming. Between hospitalizations, an absurd amount of scans, upcoming surgery, PT, and missing almost a month of work already, I am struggling. Completely unsure of how to get through this financially while still being able to focus on healing. That being said, I have set up this GoFundMe page in hopes to assist with medical costs.
