Help heal Natalie and improve her quality of life
Natalie Allan is one of the most resilient people I have ever met. Her determination, strength and fearlessness is nothing short of inspiring.
Natalie is a single mother to beautiful 1 year old Ella-Grace whom she is desperate to get home to.
Natalie suffers from a vicious disease called Systemic Diffuse Scleroderma with Gastroparesis and as a result, sports a Stoma bag (affectionately named Stanley).
Natalie is currently in Gosford Private Hospital after undergoing a critical but extremely risky operation to essentially save and improve her quality of life so she can care for and enjoy her darling daughter.
Unfortunately she had to be cut from her sternum down to her public bone due to holes in her stomach from her peg tube and the scar tissue and connective tissue joining her organs together. Due to Natalie’s blood condition she is unable to receive an epidural of any sort as pain relief so she is suffering and battling through immense pain at present.
Natalie has self funded this procedure which was originally due to take place in Gosford Public however due to Covid her surgery was cancelled and she had no choice but to forfeit $12,000 and have the procedure done in the private hospital as her disease is rapidly making her very unwell. Due to complications with her surgery Dr Simpson, her surgeon has informed Natalie she needs to stay in the hospital for a week longer than initially anticipated costing her another $12,000 for an additional weeks worth of care at Gosford Private.
Please help me raise funds for Natalie so she can continue to receive the best care and support in her recovery so she can continue to care and provide for her wee girl soon.
