HELLO IM STÆVEN.

Im a neurodiverse animal behavioralist in Nashville. I'm an cat rescuer, foster, advocate, TNR, and cat dad.

There's a chance I've crawled under a house, helped you set up a feeding program to catch feral kittens, or taught you how to introduce your kitties to one another. Someone in my rescue needs your help.

Mr. PeanutButter Snacks Fitzgerald (Mr PeanutButter for short) is a 5-7yr tabby and has become my resident rescue on-staff, who teaches all the kittens/cats how to catto. He's a vital part of my rescue and has been a godsend for kittens, feral converts, yearlings, and those who need to learn cat community protocol and overall parenting.

Mr PeanutButter came to me as a rescue himself. He was rescued from a dumpster, where he was abandoned and discovered he'd had a home, as he was already neuterer, but not ear clipped.

He's become an integral part of my work doing what I cannot directly for new kitties who come in.

He was hospitalized Thurs for vomiting, weight loss, diarrhea, and dehydration. They're trying to rule out lymphoma vs an inflammatory GI condition and is in the ER now.

Right now with the hospitalization, x-ray and ultrasound, were approaching $5500 total.

I've put down a deposit for half thus far, just ordered a scope, which is the gold standard to rule out lymphoma. Fingers crossed it's IBD and we can treat with oral steroids.

Im fully self funded. I do what I do out of goodwill to you and the neighborhood because it brings me joy. Every cat and kitten that comes through has been dewormer, fed, and fully vetted by myself.
