On Wednesday, August 26, 2021, Canela jumped off the couch like any other day but this time she landed more awkward than usual. When she landed Canela broke her leg in 2 places. We immediately took called around to ask where they have space for her. We took Canela to Toronto Animal Health Partners (Emergency and specialty hospital) to receive medication and a cast.

They informed us she will need surgery and the quote is overall is $8, 000 plus. There is no payment plan and the amount must be paid in full. I have attached all the documents.
