My sister, Allison Wood, would never do this, but she is my best friend and a friend to so many. She really needs our help.

For over a decade, Allison has been a self-employed entrepreneur in the music industry who is always pushing the boundaries of art, music, and the human spirit. With this type of work comes uncertainty - and amidst this uncertainty, she has built a very successful business. She is an award-winning music supervisor who does her job with quality and passion. She's truly an asset to the industry.

Over the past year, she has endured 3 household floods over the course of 2 months. These caused significant damage throughout the home and required major renovations, including replacing flooring, drywall, cabinetry, and her kitchen island. She did most of the work herself, but the costs were significant.

In addition to this, for the past year and half she has been dealing with a very significant court case and has incurred hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees.

Due to all of this, she has taken on significant debt - mostly maxing out credit cards and taking out personal loans - while supporting her children, and it is suffocating.

She would never ask for help herself. So I am. Allison is the kind of person who would drop everything to help a friend in need.

Over the past few years, Allison's faith, empathy, and optimism has been greatly challenged. Even through these challenges, she remained a hopeful, optimistic, faithful person. She deserves something good and we can help take some of this overwhelming pressure off of her so she can breathe again.

This is a tremendous amount to strive for, but I know there are so many people who care about her that we can all pitch in to help relieve her burden a bit.
