Help Heal Abandoned Kitty Found in Patapsco

Hello! I am a student at UMBC and a member of the cationsville community. On Thursday, I came across a kitty that was found in Patapsco Valley State park. The male cat seems to have been abandoned in the park after being malnourished, and neglected. He is extremely friendly, and only wants pets and to be held. He followed and approached rangers and seemed to be asking for help.

After a vet visit today, we found out that he has several infections and poor dental health caused from neglect. His initial vet bill was $500, and is expected to be around $1,500 more for his necessary medication for infections and for dental surgery. Animal Advocates of Howard is going to help the the rest of his expenses but we would like to get the initial bill covered.
