My Story

I'm reaching out during an unimaginably difficult time for my family.

My name is Hazem Khudair

I am married , and My family consists of 3 members , I work as a freelance graphic designer on the Mostaqil platform and have a 5 star rating .

I was working as a carpenter in my father’s carpentry shop ,

I was working overtime as a taxi driver , to improve my income and support my family and my baby and meet all their needs .

I have a baby girl , Her name is (Sham) , She is now 3 years old .

I live in Gaza City (Shujaiyya) , Because of the war on the city , To search for a safe place for me , my family and my daughter ,

I left my home , and now I live in a tent in a land that does not have the minimum necessities of life (sewage, water, electricity, cleanliness).

After that , my house and the surrounding houses were bombed and destroyed by warplanes (meaning the entire block I live in was destroyed)

My father's carpentry shop , where I worked , was also completely bombed and destroyed , and my car , which I used to work with to improve my financial situation , was also destroyed.

My Current Situation

In short - I have nothing left.

My house and my family's house were destroyed and we are now living in a tent.
My freelance work as a graphic designer has stopped , my laptop was destroyed and disappeared under the rubble of my destroyed house , along with all my household items .
My father's carpentry shop was destroyed and burned , nothing was left of it.
My car was destroyed under my house , and my job as a taxi driver stopped.
