Help Hazel Run Again: Urgent Surgery Needed

Hi everyone, this is Hazel our 6 month old puppy. She recently fractured two bones in her front right leg and is now unable to walk let alone run well. Due to her age, size, and severity of her injury, a cast will not suffice and orthopedic surgery is needed. After an emergency vet visit, Hazel has a temporary splint and is on several pain medications. The vet has advised us the sooner she gets surgery the better though as it reduces the risk of complications. Along with surgery, Hazel will need subsequent follow up appointments including staple removal and more X-rays to ensure she is healing properly. Please help us get our little girl back to tip top shape so that she can run in the park with her two brothers again. Thank you!
