Hazel has been my loyal companion for nine years, always by my side through life’s ups and downs. She’s a smart, well-behaved dog, and I’ve never had to worry about her getting into trouble—until now. Last night, Hazel did something completely out of character: she destroyed a pillow and ate the stuffing. I woke up to find her in distress, and after rushing her to the vet, I learned she needs emergency surgery to remove the stuffing from her stomach. This is the first time Hazel has ever needed such a serious procedure, and it’s been a shock for both of us.

The cost of surgery and aftercare is more than I can manage on my own. I want nothing more than to bring Hazel home safe and healthy, and make sure she gets the care she needs to recover.
