Help Hazel prepare for Gender Reassignment Surgery

My name is Hazel, and I'm a transgender college student studying Political Science. For the past year, I've been working up the courage to come out, focus on my mental health, and work towards being the best version of myself.
I've always wanted to be a woman, and my college has given me all the tools I need to get started. I need money to fund my gender reassignment surgery. The insurance my school provides has a max out-of-pocket of $2500 for in-network treatments and $6000 for out-of-network treatments. When it comes to my medical treatment, it's guaranteed that both will be involved, and I don't want to worry about paying more than I'd anticipate in any given treatment.
Luckily, since my max out-of-pocket, in total, is $8500, I wouldn't need to pay any more that year. However, my current income is only enough to cover the cost of rent, food, and utilities. Any other expense would be too much for my current budget, which is why I need your help.
This medical treatment will help me feel more comfortable in my skin, which will help me deal with my emotional troubles caused by Gender Dysphoria. I've already started hormone treatment and therapy, my mental health has already started to see improvements, and I want to go all the way.
My insurance renews on September 21st, 2021, and I should be eligible for all my medical treatments by February 17th, 2022. This is because I'm required to do a full year of gender therapy to qualify for my surgeries. I'm unsure if I can make my goal by September 21st, so it may be best to shoot for February 17th, then at least I can get started on everything right away when I make my goal.
