Hazel is my beloved dog, and she’s been struggling with a condition called happy tail. Despite her playful spirit, the injury has gotten very bad. We’ve tried everything—three rounds of antibiotics, countless bandages, and even muzzles to keep her safe. But Hazel is determined and always finds a way to remove them, making it impossible for her tail to heal.

Right now, Hazel is on a lot of medication to help calm her down. She’s in a lot of pain, and her anxiety is high. Most days, she lays quietly in her kennel, unable to enjoy the things she loves. The only way to prevent further infection and give her relief is to have her tail docked. This surgery will help Hazel feel better and finally put an end to her suffering.
