I’m asking for help for two of my closest friends, Allison and Jeremy, who are facing devastating news. Their dog, Hazel, has a tumor that is now affecting her breathing. After doing all the testing and everything they could, they’re currently at the vet being told it will cost $15,000 for the surgery to remove it.
