Help Hazel Beat Heartworm Disease

Hazel is the sweetest dog I've ever had, always welcoming me back home with a hug or a nuzzle and plenty of fur onto my clothes.

I recently learned that she has heart worms and we've begun treatment. I unfortunately can't cover this on my own, those of you who have gone through it with a dog before may know how expensive the treatment is.

I never thought I'd be making one of these, but I need to save my dog anyway I can. Please help if you're able to, even if you simply share this around for others to see.
