For the past three years, I have been caring for the community cats in our neighborhood. Thanks to the Hayward Animal Shelter’s TNR program, I’ve been able to spay three of our girls, and I’ve seen firsthand how much healthier and more peaceful they are now. It’s made me realize how important it is for more of our cats to experience this positive change.

I am moving away soon, and while I will still come back to continue the TNR program, it won’t be as frequent. That’s why I want to help as many of our cats as I can before I go. The funds raised will mostly go toward spay/neuter surgeries and any medical care that is needed. I currently pay for their food, but any help is always welcomed and appreciated.

I’m asking our neighbors to please donate and share this fundraiser so we can give our community cats a better way of life. If you’d like to help with food, please put out food and water during the day and put it away at night to avoid attracting wildlife.
