Help Hayden Walk Again

Hayden is the sweetest 3-year-old pup who recently suffered from a herniated disk that has left his back legs paralyzed. He is currently in the emergency hospital and is undergoing significant surgeries and rehabilitation that promise a 90% chance of success, but without it - he will not be able to walk again. Pet insurance is willing to cover a small portion of the bill, leaving the remainder to be paid out-of-pocket.

I was hesitant to put this out here with many other worthy causes, but as a full-time Middle School teacher fairly new in my career, I do not have access to that amount of money. Hayden is an incredibly sweet and bashful boy who loves spending time cuddling up with folks and cautiously making new friends. He's my first and only pup and I've done everything I could to care for him, however, the disease he is suffering from (IVDD) is a result of how dachshunds are bred and therefore was out of my control to prevent.
