Help Hayden (Nugget) fight cancer

Hi everyone,

I wish I wasn't here writing this and asking for help from our community and beyond, but I am. Our neighbours and very good friends are going through something that no child or family should have to endure.

Hayden (Nugget) is a 13 year old boy who has a love for life, his family, basketball, and gaming. He should be enjoying life but instead is spending lots of time in and out of hospital and at appointments. Hayden has been diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma a cancer that typically occurs in children and young adults. Ewing sarcoma is a cancerous (malignant) tumour that usually begins growing in and/or around the bones.

Hayden and his family need our love and support. Life as we know it can be challenging at times on any given day. However, for Hayden and his family, it's become extra challenging. Lots of dr appointments, tests and scans, hospital visits, which can become extremely costly for his parents all while still trying to work, keep a roof over their head, take care of their other children and daily living costs. We will be holding a Truck meet fund-raising event on July 27 at Ikea Marsden Park from 6pm - 9pm please feel free to come along. It should be a great night we will be having a draw for our generously donated gifts there will be Lots of trucks, face painting, entertainment and more.
