My name is Nicole, and Hayden Jurko is my cousin.


As some of you may know, Hayden has suffered from bouts of pancreatitis on and off for years. Hayden was rushed to the hospital with severe pancreatitis last week and his condition has stayed critical. He has had significant inflammation and fluid build up in his body. Part of his pancreas has died and may need to be removed. 

He is currently going through significant procedures to help control his condition.  Doctors will be draining fluids from around his lungs and putting a stent into his pancreas to stop the leak. Unfortunately, this will cause him to get sicker before he gets better.

Hayden is looking at at least six months of recovery time, where he will be unable to work. We are not sure how significant his medical costs will be and what insurance will cover. We are looking for whatever financial support you can give, whether it be $5 or $500 to help Hayden through this situation.

By releasing the financial burden of medical bills, Hayden will be better able to focus on his recovery.
