My name is Hayden, and I’m a 30-year-old mechanic living paycheck to paycheck. Recently, I suffered a severe injury when I accidentally severed the tendon in my pointer finger. The injury required immediate surgery, and though I’m grateful for the care I received, the medical bills are overwhelming.
I’ve always prided myself on being self-reliant, but this unexpected accident has left me unable to work for a week (at minimum) and struggling to keep up with daily expenses. I have no medical insurance and have already paid some expenses and currently have $60 in my bank account. I’ve never asked for help before, however, I find myself at the end of my rope and don't know where to turn.
The funds raised will go directly toward covering:
Surgical and hospital bills: $9,300
Every contribution, no matter the size, will bring me one step closer to recovery and stability. Your support means the world to me during this challenging time.
Thank you for taking time to read my story.
