Help Hawaii's club team go to a tournament!

Ultimate Frisbee is a widely recognized team sport that fosters community, sportsmanship, and inclusivity. For the first time in 11 years, Hawaiʻi has a club team ready to travel to the continent to take on the best of the Southwest! Party Wave Ultimate is ready to spread the Aloha vibes to teams from all over the U.S.

While we are excited for this new chapter in Hawaii's rich Ultimate history, we know that teams representing Hawaiʻi in sports have a major challenge that mainland teams do not. Unlike most club teams, Hawaiʻi has the added burden of being incredibly isolated; we are the only club team in the state and must fly at least 2500 miles to compete against the next closest teams.

We are committed to not letting finances be a barrier to individuals who want to be part of the club team but might not have the resources available to travel to tournaments during the season. This fundraiser will help us put a dent in travel costs, USAU registration, and team jerseys specifically for those who are most in need of financial assistance.

Our first big tournament is the Ski Town Classic in Salt Lake City, Utah on August 20-21st. We are dropping in on this regional competition with a frisbee in one hand and a shaka in the other! Any amount of help is greatly appreciated. This Gofundme is just one of the many ways we are raising funds.
