Ok fam we need help, This one is different, and it matters that you understand why.

We’re partnering with Alissa Gino, a mental health provider working directly with survivors of domestic violence and families experiencing homelessness here in Hawaiʻi. These are people who are falling through the cracks, often the last to get help, and who can’t be publicly identified without putting them at further risk.

Because of that vulnerability, and because of conflict of interest, Alissa can’t ethically manage funds herself. That’s why we are stepping in. We’ll be the ones receiving and distributing the funds, working directly with Alissa and other trusted community ground teams who are identifying families in need.

You can check our history and our platform, 808 Viral — we’ve been working in this community for many years and have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for people who needed it.
