Hatchie was surrendered to the local Emergency vet because his owners could not afford the surgery he needs to live a pain free life ! The emergency vet then had him transported to the NFAWL. Hatchie is just 10months a old and is now in the care of NFAWL. He is in desperate need of bilateral patella repair . The cost of this surgery with the shelters discount is going to be around $5000.
