Hello,

I have set up this fundraising campaign from the UK for my friend in Palestine. Hassan Al-Ustaz and his family of 11 members, live in a small neighbourhood in the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip. His family lived in a house full of love and hope, until the war broke out in Gaza and destroyed everything. Their house, which their father built with great struggles & efforts was completely damaged. Hassan’s beloved brother named Hossam was also killed (martyred) several weeks ago by Israel. Their family dynamics is not the same again as they have lost an innocent soul in all of this & he was the light of their family who had great characteristic’s, manners & always would go out of his way to help others.

With a heavy heart, Hassan mentions that everyday is a greater struggle for them & their chances of survival. This war, has torn families apart & destroyed everything they had. They have lost their source of livelihood, there is no rest, no sleep, ءno eating & no rest like they used to. Their lives are in great danger always; their in constant fear, sadness, hunger and death.

Costs:

Travel costs have become astronomical due to the war. To cross the "Rafah" crossing between Gaza and Egypt, they will have to put down their names on the crossing list (paid permit), and the coordinators in Egypt who have the ability to add their names to the list at the border will then ask for the amount between $5,000 to $7,000 per adult & for a child between $2,500 to $3,500.

Every donation, no matter the amount will help save lives! It will allow him to take his mother & brother to Egypt, to get the medical treatments they require, due to their ongoing health issue’s & their sustained injuries.

Your support will go beyond financial aid, it is a lifeline that will have a lasting impact on their lives. It will help them turn the page, towards a brighter and more hopeful chapter.

It will play a critical role in rebuilding his family's haven of love and safety. They just want to rebuild their lives, restore a sense of normalcy and security they once knew.

100% of donations (excluding transfer fees) will be transferred to Hassan.

With your help, Hassan wants to save his family from the continuous bombardments & to get them out to safety urgently. He is extremely exhausted mentally, physically & psychologically.

Hassan’s only hope is to live a life in peace & freedom. Too many innocent lives have been taken. For humanity, never stop voicing the oppressed.
