Help Hassan and His Family Survive the Genocide

Hello, my name is Aaron Smith, and I’m creating this campaign to support my friend Hassan, a 20-year-old from Al-Maghazi who is reaching out in desperation. Hassan’s story is one of unimaginable hardship, and his situation is growing more urgent by the day.

Hassan lost his father during the genocide on October 30, 2023, and since then, he has been struggling to care for his family under impossible circumstances. He is responsible for five sisters and several young children who are suffering from anemia and malnutrition due to the lack of food. With no home after it was destroyed in the bombings, Hassan and his family are living in a fragile tent on the seashore, exposed to the freezing cold and harsh winter rains.

To make matters worse, Hassan has been displaced six times, each move leaving him with less than before. His brother has been seriously injured, and the family has no way to afford food, clothing, or medical care. Every day is a fight for survival.

Hassan is a kind, hardworking young man, but the burden he carries is far too great for anyone to bear alone. This campaign aims to provide Hassan and his family with essential resources like food, warm clothing, and basic medical care. Donations will go directly toward helping this family survive the winter and begin to rebuild their lives.
