Help Hasib get Medical Treatment for his burns

Hasib Dilshab is a 24 year old male who lives in Kandahar, Afghanistan. He is related to my mother in law's side of the family. My Mother in Law, Hamidda Hotaki is Hasib's Father's (Mohammad Hasham) sister. He was severely burned in an accident at work. He is a an auto mechanic and was working on some cars in the shop during a cold day. He asked his helper, to turn on the heater and the helper accidentally put petrol in the heater for fluid instead of oil. Once the heater ignited the helper was scared and threw the petrol container in Hasib's direction inadvertently. Hasib's clothing were drenched with petrol and he subsequently caught on fire all over his body sustaining 3rd degree burns.
Hasib is recently engaged and his family is not wealthy. In order to obtain specialized medical care for burn victims, he will need to leave Afghanistan and travel to either Pakistan or India. The hospital in Kandahar isn't very advanced and he is now only having a Doctor come to his home to help bandages, gauze and providemedication for him. The Doctor currently coming to his home has not been paid and money from this fund will repay the Doctor for his house call visits and supplies provided to Hasib thus far. The Doctor is working for free right now under a promise that he will get paid in the future. Hasib's family does not have enough money for medicine. He is in a lot of pain and cries everyday per his Dad, my mother in law's brother. The money will be spent on medication for his burns, supplies for bandaging him, and pain medication for his severe pain. If enough money is raised (Our goal of 8K), it will be used to pay for travel expenses to either Pakistan or India and payment for medical expenses in Pakistan or India.
Also, most of family home was recently destroyed by a major flood.
If you are able to donate we will be sending the money over to Hasib's family via Western Union since they are very poor and do not have bank accounts. Hasib's father will be picking up the money from a local bank in Kandahar that has a Western Union since Hasib is not able to travel currently.
