My Name is Mike McCleary and I’m reaching out to you on behalf of my dear friend, Harvey Gilbert. Recently, Harvey experienced a life-threatening injury at work when he was bitten by a pit bull mix. This horrific incident caused severe blood loss and led to emergency surgery to repair damage to an artery. Thankfully, he survived, but the experience was traumatic, leaving him with a long and arduous recovery ahead.

Harvey is one of the most vibrant, kind, and respectful people I know. A world-class surfer and dedicated hard worker, he’s always been there for others, and now he needs our help. As he battles through this challenging time, he’s facing overwhelming medical bills, lost wages, and the ongoing costs of physical therapy. The financial strain is significant, and while he’s focused on healing, he can't do it alone.
