Harvey is a 13 week old kitten whom I have been fostering for over a month now. When we originally fostered Harvey, he was fighting a URI and was at risk of being euthanized from our local shelter.

We took him in, in hopes of giving him a fighting chance at healing and finding a family.

The vets at the shelter would let us know Harvey was doing well during his routine check ups. He is a very energetic and playful kitten, he grew on me to the point of wanting to adopt him for myself, which was the plan.

Harvey was doing very well this morning, nothing unusual. When I came back from school, I found Harvey under a couch seizing. It was a very scary encounter, I rushed him to our local vet.

They informed me that Harvey has tested positive for Parvo. He is required to stay over night for monitoring alongside medication to stop the seizures from happening.

On top of that, I have 3 other cats at home that I have to get tested for Parvo. (They did not interact with one another until quarantine was over.)
