We are raising money for our staff who are out of work during the Covid-19 shut down.
Because The City of Santa Monica has issued a Civil Order that states all bars that do not serve food must shut down from March 16, 2020 12:00 PM until March 31, 2020 11:59 AM our staff is struggling. This Civil Order most likely will extend.
Our staff is comprised of single dads, individuals and people with families. All of which have no income or savings during this shut down. It is typical in the restaurant/bar industry for this to happen. We often live paycheck to paycheck. For no fault of their own their cash flow has been disrupted.
We will distribute the funds to our 11 staff members.
