Harto und seine Familie leben in einem kleinen Dorf, Aikmel, in Ost-Lombok / Indonesien. Zu all den Auswirkungen, die die aktuelle Corona-Situation mit sich bringt, kommt bei der Familie noch ein schicksalhafter Einschnitt hinzu: ihr Haus musste vor drei Wochen abgerissen werden. Die ständigen Erdbeben haben ihre Spuren hinterlassen, für Renovierungsarbeiten war nie Geld übrig, so dass das Haus nun endgültig einsturzgefährdet war.
Die Menschen in einem Land wie Indonesien sind von der Corona-Krise in noch anderem Maße betroffen, als wir hier in Europa. In Indonesien gibt es keine staatliche Unterstützung, keine Kurzarbeit oder ähnliches. Viele Menschen sind ohne Einkommen und müssen von Reserven leben, die wiederum viele von ihnen überhaupt nicht haben. Solange die Grenzen geschlossen sind und keine Touristen ins Land kommen, besteht auch keine Aussicht auf Veränderung, da viele Jobs einfach vom Tourismus abhängig sind.
So ist es auch bei meinem Freund Harto, mit dem ich in engem Kontakt stehe. Corona hat alle zukünftigen Pläne durchkreuzt: von heute auf morgen hat Harto seinen Job verloren, derzeit keinerlei Einkommen und somit ist es für ihn absolut unmöglich, das Haus aus eigener Kraft und mit eigenen Mitteln wieder aufzubauen und der Familie ihr Zuhause zurückzugeben. Als ältestem Sohn der Familie liegt dabei die ganze Verantwortung bei ihm.
Hierbei möchte ich ihn sehr gerne finanziell unterstützen und ihm damit auch etwas Last von den Schultern nehmen! Dafür brauche ich eure Mithilfe!
Die Bilder und Videos zeigen die momentane Behelfsunterkunft, die der Familie von einem Bekannten zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Allerdings ist nicht klar, wie lange sie hier bleiben können.
Harto schätzt die Materialkosten für den Wiederaufbau auf etwa 3500€. Hinzu kommen die Kosten für Arbeitsstunden, die derzeit noch nicht abzusehen sind. Alles, was über diesen Betrag hinaus geht, hilft der Familie natürlich enorm, die schwierige Corona-Zeit zu überstehen.
Da Harto solch eine Kampagne nicht selbst erstellen und von Lombok aus organisieren kann, übernehme ich das für ihn. Ich habe eigens für diese Kampagne ein separates Bankkonto eingerichtet und überweise je nach Spendeneingang gesammelte Beträge an Harto, über die ich euch in den Neuigkeiten informiere.

Harto and his family live in a small village, Aikmel, in East Lombok / Indonesia. In addition to all the effects of the current Corona situation, there is another stroke of fate in the family: their house had to be demolished three weeks ago. The constant earthquakes left their mark, there was never any money left for renovations, so that the house was now finally in danger of collapsing.
People in a country like Indonesia are affected by the Corona crisis to an even greater extent than we are here in Europe. In Indonesia, there is no state support, no short-time work etc. Many people have lost their income and have to live on reserves, which most of them do not have at all. As long as the borders are closed and no tourists come into the country, there is no prospect of change, as many jobs are dependent on tourism.
This is also the case with my friend Harto, with whom I am in close contact. Corona has thwarted all future plans: from one day to the next, Harto has lost his job, no income at the moment, so it is absolutely impossible for him to rebuild the house on his own and with his own resources and to give back her home to the family. As the eldest son of the family, all the responsibility lies with him.
I would very much like to support him financially and thus also take some burden off his shoulders! I need your help for that!
The pictures and videos show the current accommodation provided to the family by a friend. However, it is not clear how long they can stay here.
Harto estimates the cost of the reconstruction at around €3,500. In addition, there is the cost of working hours, which are not yet foreseeable. Anything beyond this amount, of course, helps the family enormously to survive the difficult Corona time.
Since Harto cannot create such a campaign himself and organize it from Lombok, I take that for him. I have set up a separate bank account specifically for this campaign and transfer funds collected to Harto, depending on the receipt of donations, about which I inform you in the news.
