Help Harry Fund: Surgery Needed to Save His Life

Hi Everyone,

It's with my deepest regret to let you all know Harry, my basset hound, is in need of a serious operation to save his life. He's a loved dog that's known from the Upper West side to Cypress Hills and most notably as a welcoming host at Posteritati.

Very recently I discovered Harry has a growth attached to his spleen that could rupture, more likely as time passes. It's very large but after x-rays and ultrasounds it's looking more benign than malignant so there's a good chance he could not only survive but be cured.

That's where you can help. Whether it be a donation or simply sharing this page, Harry and I would be beyond grateful for any and all help.

He's still too young to let this be the end for him. Harry was a rescue adoption I've had for nearly five years and already had a tough life being previously abandoned and contracting heart worm. He's a fighter though, as he survived that treatment prior to adoption and is still active now.

We're hoping for surgery in May so please, any timeliness is appreciated. Thank you for all your help.
