Help Harry Crush Cancer

Hi, my name is Kelly Waldrop, Harry Smith’s aunt. Harry was diagnosed at the age of 9 with Leukemia at the end of January, 2022 after being very fatigued, having a loss of appetite, pale skin, body aches, and bruising easily. While Harry has a difficult road ahead as he goes through numerous treatments, we are very hopeful that he will beat this terrible disease! There are many unknowns right now… How long will my sister (Blair Moore) be out of work as she takes care of him? What will the medical bills be for hospital stays, treatments, doctor visits, etc? What will Harry need when he’s home to make him feel comfortable as his body fights this cancer and responds to the chemotherapy? Will their family of 5 be able to live on one salary if Blair can’t go back to work this year? Will other expenses arise that we haven’t even thought of yet? We know that Harry’s family will take a significant financial blow, but we aren’t sure of the extent. To help ease the burden and fear of that unknown, we are raising money so that their family doesn’t have that extra worry and stress. Any funds collected beyond what is needed will be donated to Connor’s Heroes Charity who have been absolutely incredible since Harry was admitted to the Children’s Hospital.
