Harpreet Singh is a young immigrant who recently experienced a medical emergency while at work. He fainted and fell into an awkward position, where his legs were bent for an extended period until someone called 911. Paramedics found Harpreet unconscious, and he remained unconscious in the hospital for more than 24 hours.



Due to the disruption of blood supply to his lower legs, Harpreet has suffered significant nerve and tissue damage from the knees down. He now requires extended medical attention and ongoing therapy to recover from these injuries. Unfortunately, the worst-case scenario could lead to amputation, which would be a devastating loss for this young man with his entire life ahead of him.

Harpreet comes from a poor family, and his parents are back home in India. Just a year and a half ago, he lost his only brother to a brain tumor, making this situation even more heart-wrenching for his family. Harpreet needs to travel to India for better treatment and care, but the costs are beyond his means.
