My 9 month old niece, Harper, is currently at Boston Children’s Hospital in heart failure. Her parents are by her side every day, and her siblings Emma, Larry, and Raya are being cared for by their grandfather while the family navigates this difficult time. The emotional and financial toll is immense, as Harper’s mom and dad have had to leave work to support her through her medical journey. Her grandfather, who lives with the family, is also missing her tremendously during this difficult time and is caring for her siblings.
